Abdulrahman Bin Moawad Al-Balawi is a distinguished Saudi lawyer, legal consultant, and international arbitrator with extensive experience in intellectual property, technology law, and international arbitration. His legal career is marked by a commitment to excellence, both academically and professionally.
Abdulrahman holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law, which he earned with first-class honors in 2014. He further pursued a Master’s in Technology Law, graduating with first-class honors and serving as the representative of the 2015 graduating class. His academic contributions include a published research paper at the University of Dayton titled « Fair Use of Copyright in Education. »
As a certified international arbitrator with the American Council of International Law and Arbitration (ACAHR), Abdulrahman has a profound expertise in drafting international contracts and is a member of both the Afro-Asian International Arbitration & Contract Management and the Panel of Arbitrators and Contracts of the International Justice Corporation. He has represented clients in complex arbitration cases, including Saudi scholarship students before the Supreme Court Judges Committee in Ohio on issues related to Saudi patents.
In addition to his legal and arbitration work, Abdulrahman has significant experience with foreign investors, helping them navigate licensing and regulatory requirements.
